This afternoon, while browsing through the internet, I noticed lot of upcoming websites making purposeful attempts at simplifying ITIL and even adding a touch of humor.
With ITIL being a big buzzword and IHS being all about help desks, we wanted to add our little feather to the ITIL hat.
